The one thing we've temporarily taken down is the
genealogies of our participants which linked off the DNA results
chart. This will go back onto the site soon. For now, have fun
comparing individuals. If you have any problems, email Steve and
we'll get it figured out. It's new software and may still have some
kinks.
Everyone in the project is now up on the chart. we're well over
70 participants worldwide now.
Why the reds vs. the blacks? We know the mutation rate of the red
markers in our family is very fast. About one mutation per 200
years. The accepted belief of how fast the blacks mutate is about
once every 500 years. I don't believe this to be true in our family.
Someday we'll get the proof we need.
