Sinklars in Glasgow included here.

Later - I decided to check for familiar names from our list of known associates of our Alexander on the OPR lists. Strictly looking in Haddington Parrish. Some VERY interesting occurances. I've added them at the bottom of this list of links. Douglas - tons, Monteith - none, Waugh - only 2 from 1620-1700. Crafurd's - tons. Scot's - lots. Steele - none. Bogle - none. Reddish - none. Wilson - Tons, Ewell - None.

The point is, if Alexander's associates were determined by proximity before he left Scotland for America, then these were the ones who had may have had proximity, and some that we may have previously looked for, may not have had proximity.
